Look what people say who use this system:

Relaxation TechniquesGary. I can't thank you enough for the Relaxation Techniques Audio Programme. I was having a huge amount of trouble sleeping at night and this was seriously impacting my work during the day. You gave me control of my noisy mind with immediate effect. I now enjoy deep relaxing sleep and I struggle to remember what it was like before. In addition I have found that the conversations I have in my head during the daytime are of much higher quality too. What a great bonus! Thank you again.

I would like to thank you Gary for the wonderful relaxation techniques CD which I have been using to shut my noisy mind up. It really did work for me when I had so much going on round and round. I don't have to use it so much now as I have the relaxation techniques to calm myself down and concentrate.
Thank you Gary you really have made a difference to my conscious and sub-conscious mind.
I would recommend anyone to use it who has loads going on in their life as most of us do.

Like most people nowadays, my lifestyle means I often find myself juggling multiple balls and as a result have real difficulty relaxing for fear of dropping one. I found Gary's audio program invaluable as it taught me a new relaxation technique which enabled me to compartmentalise and park issues without fear of losing them giving me space to clear my mind and emerge refreshed. Highly recommend. Thank you Gary

The best nights sleep I’d had in ages! I usually can’t sleep after an orchestra rehearsal I find my body is still in playing mode and usually end up lying in bed mentally repeating the session I just had until the wee small hours. So I thought I’d try and tell MY mind to shut the PHK up. So after a particularly physical rehearsal I come home put the CD on and…. I wish I could tell you all the good points about the CD but it had me out for the count and I had the best nights sleep! That’s how good it is!

Tell Your Noisy Mind…Shut the PHK Up !

To control the mind, first you must learn to manage your stress. Once you learn to manage your stress you will feel good about who you are. Stress can weigh you down. However, you have the power within you to take control and stop stress in its tracks. Ultimately, you can allow stress to take control of you which would then affect all parts of your physical, emotional and mental life and you may start to wonder what is your purpose.

Relaxation Techniques to manage your stress:
Take a deep breath. Slow down and look closely inside your mind. Look over your life. Do you see demands on you more than you can bear? If so, do you see why you must remove some of these demands?
Once you review the demands on you look at your attitude. Do you have a positive attitude? Can you adjust your attitude so that it is positive? We all know that positive attitudes make winning people.
Next, review the negative influences in your life. Are you around people who bring you down? If so, can you remove these people from your life and replace them with positive influences?

Now review how stress affects your health. How does stress affect your mental well-being?

Do you eat healthy meals, fresh fruit and vegetables? Do you eat a lot of junk food, candy and ready-meals? If you eat healthy, you should have no problem managing stress. If you go on junk food binges, you need to find ways to control your habits so that you can guide self to relaxation.

Having looked at all of these elements you need to decide if this stress is something you want to keep around and control your life. Do you want to feel stressed to the point your health and mental status is constantly diminishing?

Dealing with the hassles:
Dealing with hassles is up to you. If you have strong coping mechanism to deal with stress you should not have a problem…but most people don’t. If your coping skills are lacking you want to find Relaxation Techniques to train your coping mechanisms to work for you. Sometimes you have to turn to sources outside of you to build your coping mechanisms such as audio programmes.

What you have control, over:
You have control of you. You have the power within to find what makes you relax. If you cannot discover your powers within, check out other articles and our blog to give you new ideas.

How writing helps you relax:
Writing is a very under-rated relaxation technique. When you write, you have to concentrate, when you concentrate you are in control. Writing can help to guide you to relaxation. You can write down your feelings. You can write your autobiography. You can write fiction works. You can write a ‘manual’ on how to do something, on your favorite hobby or your job. It does not have to be a masterpiece, it can be something just for yourself or as a memoir for your family. Whatever you choose it will help you relax. Who knows, you may write a best seller in time.

Writing is a great form of relaxation technique. When you write you express emotions, which include anger, fear, joy, concerns and so on. Reread what you write so that you can discover you and what is making you feel stressed.
